Participants will be divided into 3 teams by random draw.
Each team will consist of 3 members.
Each team must select a captain (Head Chef).
Competition TaskWithin 45 minutes, each team must prepare:
Fish Appetizer
Fish Soup
Main Fish Course
Each dish must be presented to the jury in two portions.
Only locally sourced fish species may be used for cooking.
The competition is held with the support of the Akimat of Atyrau City.

The competition is open to professional chefs, executive chefs, food service professionals, and individuals involved in the culinary industry. The total number of participants is limited to 9.
The competition is held in a team format. After registration, participants will be randomly assigned to 3 teams of 3 members each. Every team will select a captain (head chef) and compete together.
Participants' work will be evaluated by a professional jury consisting of renowned brand chefs. Judging is based on food quality, fish preparation techniques, workplace organization, teamwork, presentation, and compliance with the competition rules and time limits.
